DIRECTIONS FOR USE

KG FLOOR HARDENER can be use on both fresh concrete (e.g. new constructions and monolithic concrete) and fresh screeds.

The concrete or screed receiving the hardener shall have a grade of 25 MPa or higher, with suitable workability properties for placing, compacting, and finishing to the desired surface profile, all in accordance with good concreting practice. The concrete must have minimal bleeding.

Do not add water once the mix has started to set.

APPLICATION

Manually broadcast KG FLOOR HARDENER and apply it only after the bleeding water has been re-absorbed. The concrete must remain fresh. Apply in two steps:

Firstly, apply 1/2 – 2/3 of the material, let it absorb the water from the substrate until it changes colour. Trowel over it to be sure it is worked well into the substrate.

Next, broadcast the remaining material and trowel to achieve the desired finish.

This product is non-combustible.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

This product contains cement additives and may cause irritation when in contact with skin or eyes. In case of any contact, wash thoroughly with clean water. If irritation persists, seek immediate medical attention.
