SURFACE FOR USE

Surfaces to be plastered must be sound, clean and free from any contamination. Wet the surface prior to application in hot and dry conditions.

MIXING

Mix the product thoroughly with approximately 20% by weight of clean water using an electric mixer with attached stirrer for 3 – 5 minutes until a homogeneous mix that is free from lumps.

APPLICATION

Apply to the surface manually using a steel trowel/ spatula or with a spray plastering machine. For thicknesses above 15mm, we recommend applying a scratch coat of 6 to 8mm. The subsequent coat should be applied once the scratch coat has sufficiently dried.

FINISH

For a matt coarse finish, lightly pass over the surface with a damp float. For a smooth finish, apply KG-Mix Skim Finish Product (F10/WF10/F10E).

FIRE RESISTANCE

This product is non-combustible.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

This product contains cement additives and may cause irritation when in contact with skin or eyes. In case of any contact, wash thoroughly with clean water. If irritation persists, seek immediate medical attention.
