SURFACE FOR USE

Surfaces to be applied on must be clean, firmly fixed and free from any contamination on the substrate.

MIXING

Mix the product thoroughly with approximately 35% by weight of clean water using an electric mixer with attached stirrer for 3 – 5 minutes, until a homogeneous mix that is free from lump is achieved.

APPLICATION

For Flushing Joints:

1. Evenly fill board gap with joint compound.
2. Fixed perforated paper tape/ fiber tape and press down into freshly applied joint compound.
3. Applied second or final coat of joint compound when first coat is sufficiently set.
4. Allow joint compound to sufficiently set, sanding lightly with fine sand paper to obtain a very smooth finish.

For Repairing of Plaster Shrinkage Crack:

1. Score the hairline crack to open it edges to increase the surfaces for the compound to bond properly, brush off any loose particles.
2. Apply a layer of compound firmly over the crack, allow to set.
3. Apply second layer to evenly cover the crack and allow to set. Apply third layer if necessary for a white smooth finish.

FIRE RESISTANCE

This product is non-combustible.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

This product contains cement additives and may cause irritation when in contact with skin or eyes. In case of any contact, wash thoroughly with clean water. If irritation persists, seek immediate medical attention.
